The shower went very well. Celessieles came and helped out, which was cool. So after the shower, my mom and I went to my brothers house to watch their video from Florida. I was dead tired and ended up having a little freak out. Eh, it happens, right?
Donnie and I got new phones and I’ve been obsessed with them for a while now, lol. Except, my phone sucks so I called Customer Service and they’re sending me a new phone which should be here tomorrow.. Yay!!! Bluetooth, Camera, all kinds of fun stuff!
I’ll be adding some new things this week. I hope to have a music page, new cam, and more to add to the about me section by Friday. As for now, I need to take a shower. Again, I’m sorry for being so neglectful the past week or 2. Take care!!!

…!OH! Sorry… I’ve been busy and quite neglectful, I apologize! The weather has been amazing so I figured I’d get out and get some sun because I have incredibly fair skin and if I don’t, I will fry this summer!

So, in the grand spirit of all that is spring, we bbqed on Tuesday. It was fun … played some horseshoes and what not. The evening was cut short, simply because Donnie and I had to go out to South County to take care of a ticket.. boo! But we were in and out in an hour. On the dot… it was pretty sweet! I always hate going to the courthouse because there are so many friggin people there with a damn ticket that they need to take care of! (which they end up paying just as much to take the driving classes as they would if they just paid the ticket!) But… if you take the classes, you don’t get any points on your license..

All I’m really trying to say is… STOP SPEEDING! Gawsh!

I have also been getting things ready for my brother’s, fiance’s bridal shower, which is Sunday.. It’s going to be a busy couple of days.. So I have to cut this short. Whatever your plans might be for the weekend.. be careful!!

It’s 4-20.. I think that’s funny! Gotta give it up to all the hippies tokin’ today .. ha! In spirit of the day, here’s a picture I found to be QUITE amusing:   Anyway, I was watching a rerun of SNL last night from 2003, when Justin Timberlake hosted. It was amazing lol! And it never fails… somehow I always seem to fall in love with him all over again. First of all, I think he’s gorgeous! Second, he’s just good at everything he does. Last, but certainly not least, he seems to be such a genuine person.

OK, I’m finished drooling all over myself now. How was everyone’s weekend? I didn’t do a damn thing! I’m having a problem sleeping at night, so when I finally fall asleep in the wee hours of the morning, I’m out until something like 4 in the afternoon… not good, I’m missing out on the beautiful weather!!! I’m also really hoping I get to the psychiatrist soon , so I can get going on my meds and get back to work to make that cheese! New Cam.

So we finally got an aftershock around 10 or 10:30 this morning. It was a 4.6, but I was out like a light. I didn’t end up falling asleep until 9. So.. yea. I love my new layout/design whatever. The other one was rubbing me the wrong way.

Nothing much is new. I have a new cam up. As well as some things in the About Me section. I will soon be putting up a page for music, just as soon as i get a list together.

Anyone know how to put up links to other pages on my blog? I tried.. and it didn’t work.

Earthquake!!!

So, I’m up at 4:30 this morning, as usual because I’m an insomniac, right? Well, the entire house starts to shake, my cat is going nuts, and the couch is moving while I’m sitting on it. At first I was like, holy shit! Someone is trying to break into the house and then it hits me.. I’m experiencing my first earth quake. I run into my room and Donnie is laying there eyes as big as his ears. He gets up, we inspect the house, everything is cool. I turn on the news, sure enough, it was an earthquake.

They say that it was 5.4 in magnitude on the richter(sp?) scale.
Pretty big in these parts of the midwest. The actual earthquake was in West Salem, IL. The shock waves were so massive that it shook tall buildings in Indianapolis! It also reached Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky. ( Can I get a “Holy F*ck”?)

A lady in here in Missouri called into the news and said that her property sits directly on the fault line and it split through the entire front room of her house. FREAKY! Another lady said that her mother in law heard a big BOOM and was then thrown out of her bed! One man called in and basically said he and his wife were scared (this is the midwestnot California!) so they called 9-11. 9-11 was busy!!
There are no reports of anyone being injured, thank God, but unfortunately there are several reports of structural damages.
I was absolutely terrified, I started shaking uncontrollably. Anyway, I have yet to go to bed, so maybe I’ll venture into that or watch some Saved by the Bell. So if anyone else felt this little earthquake we had, leave a comment, this is really interesting to me, because like I said, we don’t normally have earthquakes in these parts. I’m peacing out. Hope everyone is ok!!!

I was reading her blog today and I saw this thing about electric cigarettes?! What the hell is this world coming to?

Not much going on today.. I went to the doctor and got an official diagnoses finally! It felt good to talk to someone who understands and can explain things to me so that I understand better. It may be a bit personal, but today I finally stopped being ashamed of it. Bipolar Disorder, it is. From here, I go to a psychiatrist who can write me a prescription. Along with meds, I will be going through “talk therapy” as well. Wish me luck!
Anyway… I love this chick ! She’s really inspired me to start my own blog. Too bad I suck at this point with friggin HTML! She rocks! New layout by the way so go check her out!

Floral Print and Suede

Wow! How was everyone’s weekend? Mine was pretty good. My brother and his fiance went out of town so guess who gets to watch their dog for a week? Me. Woo hoo. So Kilo is the dog’s name. Well Kilo and my fat Kitty Lover Butt Elliott(a.k.a. Louie) don’t exactly see eye to eye. Needless to say, they’re driving me crazy! They’re like 2 little kids antagonizing one another. It’s frustrating. Little side note though, I think it’s a bit sad, yet amusing that my brother named his dog after something that had his ass sitting in jail for 2 1/2 years. Hmmm..Last night, I went to a bonfire for “Ghetto” Jessica’s birthday. It was good times until its started sleeting! What the hell? It’s the middle of April and temperatures are producing sleet???! I had fun though and Donnie drove us home safely, so overall I would say it was a fun night.

I added some more pictures to my gallery. Most of them are older pictures from when my hair was long and they made me sad lol I miss my long hair!! But there is a new one with my new “hot” hair lol so check them out! Thanks again go out to Michelle and Robyn over at Vita Belle!!! Speaking of which I still need to pay Michelle. I also added some more poems into “Writings on the wall” section. Again, some old, some new.

Anyway, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! The “About” section should be up and running soon… at least I hope so!

I added a little bit to the About section. A few pictures and a few basics about me. Age, Height, all that fun stuff. I will be adding much more, but I’m still trying to figure out a lot of things, such as how to insert links and what not…(yea, I know I’m retarded, lol).  Once I learn a little more, I’m going to upgrade my membership and then things should really kick off. If anyone knows of any HTML tutorial sites I can go to for a little extra help, please let me know!! I would GREATLY appreciate it!

I went today and got my hair done. It was looking pretty shitty, but Michelle and Robin fixed me all up New highlights, new cut.. It’s awesome! I’m happy as a clam! If you’re in the St. Louis area, look up Vita Bella on the Hill. It’s such a cute salon! But if you blink, you’ll miss it!  After my hair appointment, I went with Michelle and met the boys at Robbie’s. We were supposed to hang out, but Robbie and Michelle kinda got into a fight, so Donnie and I left. boo. So I came home and got on here to see if I could work out some of the kinks. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated!
